After completing the foundation pieces of your personal brand with the first two sections and completing the self awareness pieces, you’ll compile a living, breathing distilled document that will be your road map and vision for everything you do. Imagine having a visual reference against which you can measure each business decision. Going forward, when you have a business decision to make, you can reference it against your Personal Brand Profile and decide if it’s in alignment, or not.
4. Build Your Communication Plan
Communication of your value proposition to the right audience is crucial. When you throw mud to the fence, you want it to stick. The same can be said of your communication strategy. You don’t need to communicate to all people, just the right people.
Choose the communication tools, vehicles and content that supports your goals and style.
5. Be Consistent
Create consistency across all aspects of your web presence. And then maintain it, forever! Be aware of your consistent presence online and offline. Your customers expect you to show up the same in person.
